I have been here ( was on a cruise) and trust me, this place is heaven! If you visit South Korea, do go to Jeju Island for 2 days. You have to be damm energetic to climb that big rock to catch the breathtaking view of this island. p.s - You guys forgot to mention the 'Beilive it or not' which is just opposite to the doll museum! Visit both! Even the big monastry there is a good place to visit!

If you visit Jeju stay at the KAL hotel and get the breakfast. Early in the morning try to visit the fish market. I enjoyed the boat to see the rocks. We had lunch by the water at a shack where we ate fresh caught fish, very delicious. Otherwise Jeju was artificially beautiful/staged/cutesy.
i lived thre for 3 years. jejudo has many places to see. so i recommend over 5 days. the way to jejudo is to fly from gimpo aitport and it takes about 1 hour. gimpo airport is close to incheon international airport. in january, jejudo is cold. so i think you have to wear winter clothes. i wish you have a good trip.

Unless you are Korean teeming with National pride, this island is laughable. It's "semi tropical" which means, pick a spot further south. Nothing interesting, new or playful to be found anywhere
