Sheikh yaseen town plot wen we purchase they on yellow page documemt give us first one documemt then they say from mardan main office you will get now Noc when Noc comes that is also one yellow page documemt in which house owner name plot number street and these specifications written plus in that document of Noc also two very critical points written 1. Is if any taxation the cuatomer will pay in future 2. If any service charges customer will pay Now these two points extremly questiinable when someone has purchased plot and made full home on that and at purchase time paid all taxes and services charges THEN WHY SHEIKH YASEEN YELLOW. PAGE DOCUMENT WRITTEN THAT TAXTION CHARGES N FUTURE OR SERVICES CHHARGES why Lastly extrem important question is When the give NOC from mardan office that is yellow page documemt without proper land inteqal number without khasra on land location number also no stamp paper inteqal from peshawar kacharay and also not inteqal by regestey computerised why why they doing it Why proper on name regestered inteqal they will not give why Please i m intrested in sheikh yaseen but these questions and reserch has made me worry and confuse Need yours help. Bro this yellow page is your plot NOC, Yeah if govt or FBR applied any taxes the House or plot owner should be paying, personally I’m living in Hayatabad I have paid FBR tax yesterday, your last question about Registration and Inteqal dear Sheikh Yasen or Hayatabad or DHA or Regi model town have no registory or intiqal it’s just file or plot, the society management transfer to someone,,,
