Just remember when it comes to mixture adjustment , When your mixture is 1.5 turns & less (Your idle jet is to big/rich) when your mixture is 2.5 turns & more (your idle jet is to small/lean) Happy Best Lean idle is at 2 turns. Idling 850rpm This in return will give a idle adjustment of between 1-1.5 turns. Good video. Hope my 2c helps.
@@stoplookingatmeplease1230 at first it did not work. I had to replace the idle jet needle as the was a ridge in the needle due to over tightening. But afterwards. 2.5 turns has given me a nice idle at 950/1000 rpm. Anything less than 950 and engine dies.
Great video! Thanks for the information. Do you ever have dying under braking, with the float bowl facing the firewall? I had a dying problem and turned my carb 180 degrees. It solved the problem COMPLETELY.
Amazing video for those that don't have CO meter(almost everyone haha). Just a question what is usually the problem with Webers when fuel is dripping from the main venturi?
My mixture screw is thin and short on my 32/36, its even inside the hole where it is suppose to be.. Is it the wrong screw or is it just another version in some way?
Hi, thanks for watching my videos. Yes it is just a later model. Weber made it like that to protect the mixture screw from the elements. You set it up the same way, just remember your type has a space for a little o-ring.

I’m having the same problem, did you manage to fix it?
Great content .. you talk about a "jet chart" do you have it available for us ?
I do have some jet charts for the weber carbs, send me your email address and i will share it with you.
@@carburettorrebuildservice8964 do you have it for the Weber 32/34 TLDA too?
@@stoplookingatmeplease1230 Unfortunately not, if and when i work on a carb like yours i will record it.
Ver useful. Any advice for fitment on 1600cc Crossflow?
I used to run a 38 DGAS on my 711M engine years ago and it ran very well but i cannot remember the jetting.
Hi there, i have a 32/36 carb, im having trouble with it, can it run properly without the auto choke working?
yes, you don't need the choke in warm conditions.
