All the innocent civilian casualties of war in Gaza and Lebanon should be blamed on Iran, not on Israel. Israel would not be in Lebanon right now if Hezbollah had not spent the past year lobbing rockets into Israel, displacing Israelis from their own homes. Israelis have the right to live safely in their own country. If people are so upset about what Israel is doing in Gaza and Lebanon--if they want peace so badly--why do they not let the Oct. 7 hostages go? Instead, they keep bringing more of Israel's wrath upon themselves, when they know it will mean more of their own civilians killed.
