I was looking in Spanns guide to Gibson where he has all the factory order numbers before forty one. According to Gibsons records they made the first one of these things in twenty one. Then they did not make any until twenty five when they made two and that was it. I do think that they had to have a guitar in mind otherwise they would have made the scale length twenty seven inches, not twenty four and three quarters. They did make twenty eight guitar banjos though. The early ones with the fourteen inch pot but switched to eleven inch when they came out with the arch top tone ring at the time of their first five strings
seems like the Kitchen Girl song gets more hits but this song lends itself better to the Cello banjo IMO. I like the way you can go from playing bass to playing melody.. Dang I want one..
Wow! Can't get over that cello! Perfect bottom end to play around and in the banjo.
Great jam tune Cathy .. Nice dynamics between you both .. All the best from New england , Yours Guy
You sound great together
Nice arrangement, and the usual flawless playing from this great duo.

Hi Kathy. I know you. Great banjo player.

Wow.
If you have a minute could you tell me what the key is, and how the two banjos are tuned? thanks,
These two banjos (and musicians) go together like peas and carrots (as Forrest Gump might say).
I allways thought the background looked like a shover curtiean, curtain, curten, curtean. You know. I´m 58 years old.
Too late
WHAT THE FACK!!!
