Try some of that Liquimoly injector & fuel treatment every couple of tanks, it quietens down the injectors in my VDJ79R. I ran it mainly to clean the fuel system & injectors, it's safe to use at the recommended rates.
P.S I think Penrite make a similar product but I went with Liquimoly as Nathan over at exploreOZ did some tests on His RUclips vid. and I was impressed with His results.
Thanks mate, was wondering how those springs were removed. Bloke at work reckons you need spring compressors, ours is a 100 series but similar set up and springs look the same as yours. Cheers again. Keep trucking mate
Yes correct, I only had those 3 inch fronts in while I was testing the treps, im back on 2s now with the 315s, I just ran 20psi in my bags to level it out whilst I was driving it On-road.... Drives much nicer with 2s front and rear....
@@TeamBulletOffroad I have 35's on -25 offset from Patriot Campers but they do scrub out the guard so was looking at the extra 1" lift to help clear. Not sure what i am going to do yet....i like to try and keep everything as legal as possible. Thanks for the reply and am enjoying your content... Cheers from another Chippy up in Cairns.
Hey mate I’m about to Chuck a 3inch lift in my 79 rear I’m okay with But front It’s a full superior kit with hyper flex radius panhard drag link etc What’s the best order to do this in remove and install Cheers mate! Love the videos btw!!!
Bro made me nervous asf watching you put your head under that guard when you were changing them 😅 ... always best to put a couple tires or something under the rig incase your jack fails mate don't want to lose your life over a simple coil change...

@@dustyfarmer Cheers Dusty, i will definitely look into that..
that looked easy to change the springs , at least you made it look easy
Hehe, when you muck around with stuff enough, you manage to "get by"

mate, with the sway bar off, you shouldn't need compressor, just watch brake lines...
Hey, what weight front coil did you install?
150s mate..
i run 35 inch treps on 2inches and they do scrub the back of the front guard
Thanks heaps for that info, makes me feel better about changing mine..
No safety stands or wheel chocks.....Mate, your family loves you for sure!!, this is how an amateur does it.
Thanks for commenting Tom.. Points noted.....
Did you do any height changes at the rear? aren't the TT parabolic only a 2" lift and you increased the front to a 3' lift?

You talking rears being changed?
How big is the bump stop
Around 60mm from memory..
I always run BP ultimate diesel in my 79 and never fill when the fuel trucks there ( my golden rules)
Excellent advice, cheers
mine usually fall out when on a hoist
