This one is a fantastic book! I loved the story of how Pixar came to be. That basically makes up the first half of the book in my opinion. Then, the second half of the book, I see as the "leadership" aspect of the book.

So true about what the (New) product looked like vs. (current) or what I considere (ever Expanding) product; because it can always be improved. Listening to your User's is also key in implementing improvements that Benefit those outside your scope. Contemplating the concept of the Hungry Beast ... is that part of once a Product gets Marketed ...and Sales & Marketing Mgmt gets involved when it's a success? -lol-
