On population 1 and schizophonic he did it all ( couple tunes on schizo have a guest) . that's why the album is called POPULATION 1 the other guys were added for the video and for the tour. Just FYI. That's not 100% correct JANK. This song was created by Anthony J Resta and Nuno for MW. I only listed our names here cause it is MW in this video. Not sure if you realized that's me on the drums. Also, Donovan Bettencourt and I both played on Pop1. The Pop1 album was a MW record that turned into Pop1. We played on about 4 songs and yes, Nuno played the rest. He is still fantastic though, one of the best if not the best musician I have ever played with. And yes, he plays EVERYTHING really well.
these cds mourning widows, and population1, used to be hard to get. only put out in japan with Ebay if you can get all three I would strongly suggest it for any nuno or extreme fan. NUNO scizophonic, his 1st solo is a must also, if ya can find it!
FYI this song, off the Population 1 album, was Nuno's second solo..and I mean SOLO..album. (Schizophonic was first) The original recording is Nuno on ALL instruments and vocals...wrote..produced..yada,yada Mangini played drums on a tune or two on Schizo I think. He put Consi and a relative or two together to tour, of course. 'STIFF'...RIGHT before "Sick Punk" shows off his bass and drum skills nicely....the song has a bit of a dated sound at first ( feels like being in an old Catholic church while watching a B sci-fi movie).......but PLEASE...stick with it. AT at 54:50.....FUCKING NUNO!!!
This was so much fun to be a part of. So many hours for just a few minutes! Still have a extra poster from the evil empire hahaha. I remember hitting my head getting out of that loading dock ( crawl space ) on the final getaway scene.
I was invited by Nuno’s nephew to join the filming but it was a “school night.” SMH 🤦♂️ So crazy to see how young everyone was. Seems like yesterday!!! 🤘😜
Nuno's a really good singer, I doubt it was pitch corrected. And it sounds like they cut most of the bass frequencies from his voice and added a little bit of a synth filter to his voice.
