Did even one pilgram/pioneer/white think of fairness? Of compassion? Honesty, loyalty, integrity, injustice, tolerence?? How did the men who thought about and came up with manifest destiny justify it? Can any one blame the natives for treating white captives like they did? The imdividual people may not have deserved being mistreated (altho they were treated better than any indian was) but the military wasnt too picky about who or what they did to them or how many. The military was there to protect the settlers. Against people trying to protect every single aspect of thier lives and livelihood and some how they were savages for trying to save thier home.
What i just said may not apply exactly to this video but i felt the need to vent and this is where it landed.
