Oddly I was checking this out as my ancestor (Francis Sprague 1623) lived there. I was totally SHOCKED by how cheap that real estate is for such fine houses. Places on the waterfront near Toronto would be 2 Million plus along the Lakeshore. I know this my aunt lived near the home once owned by Tom Selleck when he was filming there decades ago. I live on a river in a humble home while all of my neighbours are cottagers (Million dollar cottages) in a tiny town Called Magnetawan Ontario, about a 4 hour drive north of Toronto. The Average wage here is only $15 an hour so most of the young people move away to affordable living in apartments. It is good to see there are nice places still in America.
