@@TheXboxSux Not all the time, sometimes those on death effects kill them as well. Regardless I don't think those builds are intended anyway, they will get nerfed.

It's not skill issue. The boss is simply bugged. Not all the time, but sometimes he has an attack that bugs out and insta kills you. That's why most hardcore players are afraid of him.
The fact that you think softcore players consider it hard is... an intellectual issue. Ouch. As already written above, only hardcore players are scared since there is a bug where an attack of his has a chance to kill you instantly.
its not even that hes hard. If you fight him with a monk using bell the auto targeting is just wrong and sometimes the game makes you face 180 degrees away to attack. it makes no sense.
The hardest part about fighting the boss is finding the will to push through the clunk. His one-shot is pretty annoying, but the arbitrary immunity is war worse IMO.
