One of the best thing in VRL i like is they dont allow person to board bus if advance booking is not done. Though the seats are empty, they dont take passengers on the go.

But they don't travel in North. Fact is that I live in Mumbai and if they do journeys in north I wouldn't go to North from Vrl bus or train. I don't like long distance travelling such as 2 to 3 days
