住房看緣份有須要住房，有預算就要進埸，現在搶房少才有議價空間，是自住不用考慮太多，漲跌都是難側，
人物價上漲實在很難想像，
如果真的要自住可考慮進埸

这个Marine Dr.附近的Duplex真不错，如果有实力的，正好准备买房的，可以两个都买下。前院自住，后院做airbnb。唯一的小问题可能是听得到天上飞机声。 对声音不敏感的人那就不是问题。

十几年前130万起可以买标准地全新的房子在这个区、
