New things:
Add auto power-recovery
Naruto will dash to forward when he use COMBO B, SUPER 1 and SUPER 2
Add superpause to SPECIAL 1, SPECIAL 3 and SPECIAL 5 (they take too much time to use)
Combo B, SPECIAL 1 and SPECIAL 2 will make the enemy can't fall-recover so you can perform your combo easily
SPECIAL 5 ( Rasengan Shuriken) will explode right away if the enemy jumps through it
New SUPER 1 and SUPER 2 effects
New palettes
New sprites

The character is great, though I do have some "complains" (more like nitpicks actually).
1) The Rasengan Shuriken exploding even when missing is, at least in my opinion, a bad choice, it just makes the move annoying, seeing as it's basically impossible to not get hit, and can get even more annoying if the opponent decides to just spam it
2) The double giant rasengan is really cool, but I think it should be a little easier to dodge, currently it feels like it's based on pure luck if you can dodge or not
3) The rasengan shuriken throw after the smoke should be blockeable, otherwise it just turns it in a boring move that always hits

Yeah, about rasengan shuriken, it’s just like in the anime when Naruto vs Pain, it explode even doesn’t hit the enemy. And it’s not really impossible to dodge that skill if some characters have teleport or dash moveset.

Hello sonikku, I saw you're mighty he is awesome and I realise that there is no rouge jus mugen. So how about U do a Base rouge, and a SUPER rouge since she is already white, she can have a super form like sonic don't u thin so, it's just a suggestion not forced for ya. But I would really like to have her with super form to complete team dark in my mugen.
