Fun fact I discovered recently with Ennard’s title screen; if you put the game in windowed mode and set it up to be stretched horizontally, you can get to a point where you actually see where Ennard is hiding off camera and watch him disappear to move to a new position. Stretch it far enough and you can also see the file select and background select screen that are are supposed to slide in from the sides, and even interact with them when they should be inactive.
You actually missed one unused part, as soon as you turn on the generator and go left you can g0 near that fuse box and if you turn on the file names “valves” it’ll actually spawn an old puzzle where you had to change the valve pressure -From the TGA Speedrun community:)
Honestly, that headless Balora is likely down there because the devs just took her already rigged model and pulled pieces off it of with a rig pose. Rather than spend the time cutting them out as actual individual props. (Which would need their own textures, UV's, etc)
The endo underground is the Glamrock Endo from Security Breach, in that game they behave like Weeping Angels where you need to look at them to stop them moving and looking away makes them get closer
At 8:30, when games show part of a character on screen, the rest of said character is usually hidden somewhere outside of the map (ie: the hands in mommy long legs boss fight in poppy playtime). This is why Ballora is here, all of her missing parts can be found somewhere in the scooping room. The devs simply put Ballora's model here and moved the parts they needed and left the rest. :)
That endoskeleton under the map is a Glamrock line endoskeleton, which all four of the main SB animatronics use. The Daycare Attendant, who does not have a conventional endo, and DJ Music Man, who has a unique endo with exposed portions for the limbs, obviously don't use that particular model. In any case, roaming bare endoskeletons infest the maintenance tunnels under the Pizzaplex. That beta map is really cool to look at! It's interesting to me in that, since backtracking from the Scooping Room might've been necessitated by the lack of a door, that Ennard may have been intended to chase the player out of that room and across the catwalks before reaching the warehouse area, since the glass would give the player a head start. I think the reason it was scrapped would be that, somewhat similarly to a gameplay issue people complain about in the current version of Lost Media, the map was just too big for an escape room. As it is now, the puzzles are obvious (in both what you need to do and in finding them) and the map is fairly simple, but that beta version is more of an exploration game than a puzzle area, it seems, and while that would be a cool change of pace it's not what the rest of the game prepares you for. The issue I mentioned with the map size comes from Ennard's detection range. He wanders freely, as was seen later in the video, and it's due to that that sometimes his ability to detect sounds near him is entirely unusable, as even messing up a fuse and setting off that noise will be too far for him to hear. All other sounds do this too, some to a lesser degree, as they are meant to be intentionally triggered beyond his detection range - things such as winding the flashlight or running. It seems that, to get the effect in the Scooping Room, Ballora's whole model was simply called in and the selected parts - the head, the dress and her right leg - were moved independently into place. I'm not sure as to why the others weren't done the same way, perhaps something to do with how models are made? But in any case the other pieces down there is what appears to be a very small segment of endo off of.. one of them, I'd say likely Funtime Freddy or Foxy, and the 'skirt' segment that covers Funtime Foxy's hip joints.

There is another part for a badge where you need to get the unused texture key(around the big map) on the door with the same texture as the key. When you enter the room, you can get a tape of vanny taking a body part out of someone’s insides. In the room as well, you can see a never ending cycle where after the thing from the tape, vanny will send a location to another person, they enter, they die, another person comes, and repeat.

There's a good chance that the endoskeleton underneath the map is for the scooping room Ennard cutscene, you can see that the leg above the endo is posed in a weird way. Chances are they broke my man's legs and put them in the room. They probably also do this with the various parts of the Funtime Animatronics.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Ennard used an AI director system, similar to Alien: Isolation (albeit WAY simpler.) Basically, an AI director gives general instructions to an AI based on things like where the player is and what they're doing. Things like "Go towards this general area" or "Move away from this area." Never giving the AI the player's location, but making sure that Ennard isn't too far away from the player at any given point, but from there Ennard must use their own senses to locate and hunt down the player.
Once again the man the myth the legend delivers!! Personally I think that scrapped hallway room was probably scrapped due to gameplay issues rather than game performance since there are a ways around performance issues sometimes but I'm not as smart as others are so idk
I think the Endo skeleton was supposed to be a part of the escape room where you had to find parts and put them on the Endo skeleton to fix it. This explains the screwdriver and the wench.
i moderate a server for the speedrunning section of the game that the developer is actually in, according the the developer iirc, it was scrapped because it was too confusing and unnecessary i believe
It is a security breach endoskeleton at 2:43. because all the other endos are meant to support springlock suits, making them look like actual anamatronics. in security breach, it is just endos covered by metal plates.
The plates their shell is made of arent metal. The stuff they're made of is most likely plastic, as it'd be a bit more costly to replace the shells of an animatronic if they were made of steel or aluminum or other alloys. (additionally, its much harder to "crack" and shatter metal. it has a better chance to bend and dent, which therefore wouldn't allow for the heavy damages the shattered animatronics exhibit)
A theory: All of the animatronics are illusions. If you have read The Twisted Ones and The Fourth Closet, you know what I mean. the animatronics are really just endos with illusion disc technology, making them look like other animatronics. This theory is proven at the end of the FNAF 3 escape room, when you crush Springtrap and he turns into... an endo? Kinda strange, given that there SHOULD be a person inside of that suit.
The endos are like all the animatronics. The animatronics themselves are holograms projected onto the endos. We can see that in the Fnaf 3 area. When spring trap gets crushed the hologram breaks and the endo is revealed.
I think I know why that freddy hand is in the second area. The devs were making freddy and didn’t give him a microphone. They realised this and hid his non mic hand out of bounds.
The ending of name is glamrock endo from security but you should probably play. It’s a pretty good game and you can run around in the game and discover some endings

I think it's a 2d game, so you can't really "go out of bounds" you cant change your view as it is just sprites
Sister location does not exist in a 3d environment, it is only sprites and backgrounds stretched into a panoramic view.
