Rory if you and the band are reading this. Just wanted to thank Dayseeker for coming to Lubbock, Texas on 9/2023. My wife and I had a great time. Your dad would have been proud of you..
I have to say it. He uses autotune live. I'm not discounting his abilities and talent, he's fucking amazing. But he does use it. You can hear it especially at the end of words that drop off, the autotune latches to the closest notes
It's a slow retune speed so it's not super noticeable or robotic, but it's there. Again, hes fucking phenomenal, I just wanted to point it out bc life is meaningless and none of this matters in the end
Absolutely amazing band .Rory singing voice is beautiful. They are amazing live. I've been supporting this band for 6 years and Rory told me he hopes to come over the pond to the UK. I will definitely go and see them live in the UK. Thank you for this video I enjoyed it so much made my day.
they finally announced a tour here and im so fucking excited second time seeing them (first saw them at a pierce the veil concert) if your going have a an amazing time🤣🤣
My wife and I saw them in Lubbock Texas 9/2023. A sold out show. I'm all about Music and this band has easily become one of my favorites thanks to my son.
He is obviously comparing Rory to Anthony and Kellin. I'm sure Rory would be flatered to be in that company, and he DESERVES to be mentioned there, too. Dude is amazing. Anthony is one of favorite vocalists of all time btw.
i feel like it’s necessary because of how many shows they do and the exhaustion of touring. Sometimes you have to let the voice rest. With that said the pitch correction is a small thing, you have to already sound good to even make the pitch correction effective
@@christianmigg I do live sound for a living and music production on the side and I totally get that! Don't get me wrong, he sounds great and yeah, you have to be able to hit the notes in the first place but I guess its just my ear catching how hard the pitch correction is going at times, borderline autotune. It is what it is, for me, I enjoy when I can hear a little imperfection, thats the beauty of live sound, its not perfect nor does it have to be. Just my opinion!
@@dandan0o0 i agree. specially with bad omens on the same tour, i can't bring myself to listen to Bad Omens live much. They sound too perfect and studio-like live. Rory's voice is a lot more powerful by itself and with his pitched screams some times pitch correction doesn't do much, but with Noah its too clear.

Never heard of this band until today, and I love this guys voice. His performance live sounds like a recorded version, new fan right here
They will be touring with Silverstein this Spring! If you are in the US, see if they are coming near you
Check out his solo project Hurtwave
It’s been 1 year and 5 days since I found dayseeker, I love them sm
sick band... their songs move me and i can relate deeply with them... Crooked Soul gives me chills
Rory is phenomenal. By the time the year is out I will have seen them 4 times
Rory's so good live
I swear every time I see them, they just keep getting better and better!
Best live vocalist in the scene. And it’s not even close
him and noah are on top its no contest
lucas woodland tops him in vocal ability, projection and longevity, imo
Noah Sebastian is still above Rory, but Rory also is insanely talented

When Beartooth and Pierce The Veil are touring Australia but you're almost just as excited that Dayseeker are opening for them
They sound incredible at every show. ❤

That back up singer/guitarist has some pipes on him!!!!!
First comment? Cool. Thanx for sharing. Great band, need more recognition...From a 61 year old in Australia.

Would be sick to have the live mix pumped into the livestream.
Come in France!
Can’t wait to see you at the machine shop, got my tix! The click on the bass drum is super distracting. Am I the only one? Love this band.
Who was that day saw the bad omens shows
What happened to the bad omens one?
do you have thee full bad omens recording too?
Bad Omens will be going up tonight!
Lovely! The livestream was at stupid o'clock in the morning for me so never managed to watch it
@@letschataboutbooksbaby THANK YOU VERY MUCHHHHHHH
these fuckin smartphones on concerts
omg i hate them so much
those new yorkers don't know how to act at a metal concert lmao
When he screamed wake the f up I felt some venom in that. Crowd is dead
Love me some Dayseeker but Anthony Green and Kellin Quinn are still the best.
How are they relevant to Dayseeker though lol
This has nothing to do with dayseeker lol

as good as Rory is, I wish there wasn't so much of a reliance on live pitch correction.
I honestly was thinking there was some sort of pitch correction on the mics lol

I could be wrong, but I think it’s purposeful. Kind of suits their style and his Weeknd-esque melody and vocal production
