1. The sunna of being mindfulness to Allah (depend on him,ask from him ,praise him,be grateful for what he provides to you..)
2 .be mindful of your own feelings
3. be mindful of our loved ones and your friends feelings and matter, don't be distracted know when they are sad happy suffering etc
