At the end of the day, the team needs better tempo and more motion. Honestly, you don’t need more than 10 basic plays. Use motion to disguise the play and up the tempo. Chip Kelly once had a top offense and they had LESS than 10 plays. LOL. At the end of the day, players EXECUTE plays. They don’t have to be cheerleaders.
Look srianni promoted two guys to OC and DC last year after the previous two coordinators got HC jobs. He did that with howie’s blessing. It happens often and now they will have let the new offense and defense shake out. The good news is that Howie has not doubt loaded them with talent on both sides so all the coaches are on notice. With Dallas in disarray, wash with new Qb & staff and giants fumbling and bumbling , eagles should cruise to division title.
