There's ONE design flaw that I know of. The oval piston thing 0:30 that you use to push the veggies down the chamber... Would also be shredded by the blades if you rotated it 180 degrees. If it was replaced with a trapezoid shape, or a halfmoon piston... No one would accidentally shove it down the wrong angle and shred the bottom part of the piston.

The base is not steady blades r good but not convenient to use I shared my experience. If base is not strong can't use base is strong part of th itemĺ I might have got defective piece not even one wk old base lock not working so operation becomes difficult it was expensive bought it from Mall lock system doesn't work
