From someone who have only started listening to german language music recently. I can share my honest opinion and experience here: I started by mixing Mark's recordings from 2005 Romeo to 2021's live album in playlists randomly, I honestly couldn't tell which year is which at the beginning. After listening to him everyday for a month, I will say that his voice has more depth and body now and his technics has got a lot better, but in term of keys, I don't think his voice has got any lower at all. Listen to his Immortal (Poe) from 2021, the last high note's still very impressive. Anyway, for a musical actor on stage (not just a singer who doesn't need to look like your role), it is important that your voice, your face and your age match. Otherwise it would be hard to get casted. And Mark still sounds at least 15 years younger than his actual age - he sounds younger than most male singers in their 20s. For example, he has always wanted to play Valjean in Les Mis, now he is approaching the appropriate age for that role (or Javert for his love for playing the "bad guy", but alas Javert is for baritones), but he still sounds like a Marius or Enjorlas. But he is too old to play a student. Along the same line, I don't think Fiyero fits an actor in his 40s, so I don't see the point of your concern. Why would you want a mature man to sing a teenager prince :)
Das Hochgekrempelte Hemd und Jackett aus dem anderen Konzert in Shanghai mit Orchester steht Oedo etwas besser. Hier sieht er etwas vergleidet aus. Tut der Stimme aber keinen Abriss. Obwohl im Kompletten Orchester es besser klingt als nur mit diesem Pianisten.
Oedo said in a recent Instagram Live stream that due to scheduling conflicts, he’s not able to do another concert in Shanghai until 2020, at the earliest. As for Mark Seibert, I dunno.

Ich fand die Frisur von Oedo früher irgendwie besser... Weiß auch net warum... Also nicht das die jetzt schlecht aussieht
