My own personal belief is if it did not say You died then it does not count as a death. I have seen people die to that tutorial "boss" but they were gaming jurno skill level.

look up seemless co-op for elden and you can play with the boys off rip to the end
That Bloodhound guy is worth the pain and agony though. His sword will carry you through the whole game.
Think Elden Ring is hard? Play Sekiro, Shadows Die Twice. You’ll end up ripping your hair out by the 3rd boss. :) have fun!
If Timmy was getting this much assistance with Elden Ring, Sekiro would be 10x’s more difficult for him. Because unlike standard souls games, you don’t have builds. Yeah you can use certain skills and upgrades to help, but they just help slightly. You don’t become overpowered. The basic core mechanics are something you need to learn, and memorizing enemy attacks
If Timmy were to play Sekiro, I honestly don’t think he would make it past the first mini boss, General Naomori Kawarada

The bosses are designed to attack when you are healing
The game is almost perfectly balanced if you just clear out the dungeons in every area before you do the big bosses. If you do that and aren’t losing your runes all the time, it will be challenging for a player of average skill but far from punishing. That’s how I played it and only had serious trouble with a handful of bosses. And I’m definitely not gud.

I finally got around to doing the last few things needed to get the platinum trophy for this game on PSN and get my current character ready for the DLC. Obviously I had to beath Mohg to have access to it and while I beat every other boss in one try, he kicked my ass until I summoned someone to help. I have like 400 hours in game and Mohg is still the hardest boss right behind you-know-who and I think a lot of people are going to struggle to get it done.

You did not find mohg shackles and lord of blood's curse purifying physic, did you? The avg bleed build can destroy him completely and so can azure comet.
