Mantin, Negeri Sembilan.....a very close knitted sub-rural small town, a 30 minute drive towards down town Seremban, a 15 minute land journey to cross into Beranang - small tiny rural town with Selangor boarder. I like the typical rural humour n atmosphere , can feel the warmth of the local Mantin people👍👍 - personal experiences such warmth when I stopped by the a stall located at its old bazaar area for my simple coffee breakfast before continued my journal towards Seremban, the state capital of Negeri Sembilan state😁😁😁😁
Wahhhh....the front page photo depicting the (those good old days) one n only one land public stage bus (run by FOH Hup Omnibus Co - with the route's code number 566 on the front wind screen) that plied Seremban to KL (via Kajang) in those old days😀😀😀😀. Very on time (frequency every 15 minutes ) n reliable Vs. the present day's Rapid KL bus service. The not so good thing about this bus service was it often jam packed like sardin, especially morning n evening peak hours. I still recall my very young days that I saved up my pocket money, n took the FOH Hup bus on my own from Kajang to Seremban n returned to Kajang by taking the Express bus service - fast n no pick up passengers after Mantin town. Practically knew where are all the bus stops located along this 27 miles journey😁😁😁😁. Nostalgic..... those good old days travelling to Seremban😆😆😆😆
Ohhhh..yesss...Do u know that only Mercedes Benz n / or Hino bus were capable of climb the steep Mantin hill before decending down hill I to Seremban town. Tata n Leyland brand buses cannot n not capable to climb up the Mantin hill with FULL LOAD of passengers😆😆😆😆😆. A fact....
