Simple engraving with NX CAM

Today, I will demonstrate two ways of creating engraving operations in NX CAM.
To make most basic and simple engraved text, I use Planar Text and Contour Text operations. This operations uses NX Drafting Note object.
Second way to create engraving operations is to use modeling curves. This way we can create more advanced shapes then just straight letters.

i have one problem i cant select the text for machining any advice for this but there is option when i choose it as carve and select every single line i can machined the text but also cant choose the depth cut
