@@Jpx0999 Not sure if that can happen. TTGL is owned by Gainax, Trigger is a group of people that broke off Gainax. So while they did work on it they don't own it, so it would be tricky to do a crossover.
I really do appreciate when people make AMVs to the beat of the music as you did, it really makes you feel the music, and makes it tons more amazing and good to watch and listen too.
Thanks for the comment! I see a lot of AMVs that are essentially just clips of the show with a song in the background, without any sort of syncing or emphasis on the music at all. It's one of the biggest problems among newbie video creators, I think.

Regardless of political shit, just compare S1 of TTGL to KLK's whole run, those story arcs focused on taking back planet Earth. The second season of TTGL expanded to taking back THE UNIVERSE while KLK ended with a foreboding warning that the Life Fibers are still out there and will return. Studio Trigger has moved on to finishing Little Witch Academia 2 since then. A season 2 of KLK would be on the insano scale of TTGL season 2 but we'll never get it D:

Kill la kill had me interested after the first episode with how over the top it was. Then when the "clothing" story was established that the Japanese can indeed make an anime about ANYTHING. But I've come to expect that. I thought it was okay. The action was great and it made me laugh out of nowhere a lot. Which always scores points. Lol And Gurren Lagann is just the best anime ever. And suddenly I realize that the reason why I like Gurren Lagann better than Kill la Kill is because the stakes are higher. The losses are real, the heartbreak as well, whereas Kill la Kill is... kind of gentle with its viewers. But why?
I kind of agree for different reasons. Kill la Kill was too focused on being outlandish. Aside from Satsuki and Senketsu the characters kinda bored me. In comparison, the character development in Gurren Lagann kept me invested long past the robot fights. So the stakes were higher, but more because I cared for the characters and wanted to see them win. On the other hand, Kill la Kill did have a lot of moments, especially in the latter half, to keep me invested, and the story showed, if nothing else, that ANYTHING can be made into a great story with enough effort.

That's even the ending and why you get such a bittersweet moment with the Wedding (they still win, but the win becomes a bit of cold comfort), but Kill La Kill was all about over coming yourself from the beginning and all of Ryūko's toughest fights are because she can't let herself be or overcome a part of herself. Its only when she accepts herself does she become really strong, develop friendships, and finally over come her foes and her past.
