    LE CORDON BLEU QUALIFICATIONS
    Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand offers a range of qualifications at all levels -- certificate, diploma, and degree. As well as short courses, master classes and continuing professional development. With our prestigious qualifications in culinary arts and hospitality management, graduates who possess passion, drive and skill are able to reach the top of their profession and embark on an international career in the food and hospitality industries.
    CORE PROGRAMS
    Our core programs include Le Cordon Bleu's Classic Cycle certificates and diplomas in Cuisine and Pâtisserie. We also offer two Le Cordon Bleu bachelor degree programs -- the Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business and the Bachelor of Hospitality Management.

    We are currently developing new programmes including a two year (Level 5) Diploma in Culinary Arts and Business and will have more information as this becomes available. All of our qualifications use approved Le Cordon Bleu curricula and are accredited by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA).
    CULINARY FOOD AND WINE COURSES
    Le Cordon Bleu's doors are open to full-time students of culinary arts and hospitality, culinary enthusiasts, food and wine lovers and professionals are catered for too through our short course series encompassing workshops and masterclasses.
