Nope. U will not get shortlisted for HUL, P&G, Mondelez, Nestle,Asian Paints, Colgate, ITC. U will get shortlisted by mid level companies like Pidilite, Wipro Consumer Care,Relaxo,Mother Dairy, Danone,etc. This is valid even if u graduate from IIM A,B,C,XL,SP.

Hi manunayaka...your 10th and 12th marks are on the lower side. Even if u convert BLACKI u will not get shortlisted by MBB, IB or fmcg majors like HUL, PnG,Mondelez, ITC, etc for the simple reason that there will be many candidates with 9/9/9 profile in ur batch. U will get placed in Big 4/IT Product or Service Company/mid level fmcg like Pidilite, Wipro Consumer Care,Relaxo,etc in Sales profile/start-up or semi-start-up.

Some one who was preparing for neet for couple of years then shifted to bba and now has a drop 3 drop years how much will it affect to get into good b school and get a placement after that
Drop years can be justified but there has to some proof that you used those drop years wisely & not just wasted them. That being said, you might not get the shortlist from the top 10 colleges & companies but the pool is huge, so if you want to get into Bschool, aim for very high percentile & work for it...rest will fall into place as one right step will take you to other.

Does the ug college brand matter while placements(especially to get into mbb)?
its doesnt matter which collage u are matter is study well and try to score better without any backlog papers
That is not a major factor however your PG college does make a difference
