Constructive criticism here. There were a lot of missed opportunities to dig deeper into the details of certain questions, such as the tower project that he is a part of. Also, why ask him to list out the celebrities he's worked with? A very surface-level question that anybody in the audience can find and isn't interesting. He also talked about how it was hard finding the correct partners to help manufacture his watches, so you could've asked about the specific challenges that he faced and what he did to overcome them. etc

Podcasting is different to having a normal conversation with a person. The best podcasters in the world like Tim Ferriss, Lex Fridman and Joe Rogan ask a question and the shut up, until the guest is not adding any more. It was annoying to watch this to be honest. I hope you see this as constructive feedback and iterate on that. Almost anyone who clicks on a podcast wants to see the guest speak. Not the host.
