I was victim of a hate crime here in Chicago some African guys trow me bottles and hit me in my head IAM gay they called me gay and I end up in the hospital but after 2 years I get the report and they put sample battery but I received a letter from human resources that the police told them that I was victim of a hate crime so I don't know if this apply or qualify
I applied in 2021 January, but the incident happened in July 2020, so how many more years to get approved (EAD). And how long to get granted. Please can you reply please
