Hoplas the dark printer man final upgrade of 3k does do something as you can see when you upgraded it subtracted 10 seconds from the time you receive money meaning 20 seconds to get money

Hoplas the dark printer didint have cool down stats before. The 3k upgrade was to reduce the cool down from 30 to 20
