“I can do this all day.” “This is nothing, for a hero like me.” This is my first time commissioning Therewolf for a comm. I’m the guy that commissioned Heroes of Time and Space, Covenant With Hell, The Hypocrites’ Oath and Deadman’s Stinger. Now this joins the ranks in frankly glorious style. Both of them have appeared in DB before, and although both have been defeated, I think this would absolutely be a fantastic fight for both of them to have if they returned. As a massive Marvel and MHA fan, I’m glad I managed to get a commission come to my mind that not only had both franchises appear for the first time for my commissions, but also one that would also suit Therewolf’s style so well. I can’t speak enough on how much I love this track. Also, I consider this a love letter from across the pond to our cousins as an Americophile myself. With both of them earning their powers and standing up for the core tenants of American values, the US could not have better paragons in fiction to represent them and I hope you find that this track does it justice too.
I like to imagine this fight ends and it's revealed that it never really happened and it was just Deku and Spider-Man having a heated debate about their favorite heroes fighting
I can imagine them having a mid-fight convo like this: All Might: "Y'know, when I sought to become the Symbol of Peace, I used you as an example. You were the mightiest hero of your time. Glad to see you are still so now!" Cap: "Happy to hear my time in the old days wasn't forgotten. Still, don't let that hold you back! I'm not going easy here." All Might: 'boisterous laugh' "Wouldn't dream of it!"
I honestly think their Death Battle would play out like in MHA. 1: Where one side is the Heros and the other being the Villians. 2: Sports Festival. With Present Mic being the announcer.
Wiz: Captain America, Marvel's Star-Spangled Superhero. Boomstick: All Might, the greatest superhero from My Hero Academia. Wiz: Now what makes a true hero? Is it the strive to help one's nation? The desire to save as many lives as possible? To protect the defenseless? Boomstick: Whatever it is, these two legends of heroism stand up as 'all-mighty' badass paragons. Wiz: Uggggh. Boomstick: Oh come on, you were smiling at that one! He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick... Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle!
*I can definitely see another version of this with it being a mixture of both MHA's "You Say Run" and "Triumphant Return" from Captain America: The First Avenger. Here's a what if ballad in the Army's Anthem style (reflecting both S. Rogers military upbring and the hopeful nature that is T. Yagi) from my head to yours. [Intro] ~ "Never fear, for we are here. Here to make the villains flee. Count our stars, the red, white and blue. We will fight to victory. We're teachers and proud of our name. We're heroes and proudly proclaim." [Verse 1] ~ "First to fight for what is right. And to build our future's might. And we heroes keep smashing along. Proud of all we have done. Fighting till the battle's won. And we heroes keep smashing along." [Refrain] ~ "Then we'll go beyond (plus ultra). 'Cause we can do this all day. See our attacks, loud & strong (Detroit and New York Smash)!! For where e'er we go. You will always know. That your heroes will be smashing along." [Verse 2] ~ "Kamino's night to the BoNYC. We all made the villains flee. And we heroes keep smashing along. Quirkless men, from the start. But we fight with all our heart. As we heroes kept smashing along." [Refrain] ~ "Then we'll go beyond (plus ultra). 'Cause we can do this all day. See our attacks, loud & strong (Detroit and New York Smash)!! For where e'er we go. You will always know. That your heroes will be smashing along." [Verse 3] ~ "Kids who mumbled, friends who froze. Still, our allies met its foes. And we heroes went rolling along. Faith in you, we'll be alright. It's your turn to use your might. As the heroes keep rolling along." [Refrain] ~ "Then we'll go beyond (plus ultra). 'Cause we can do this all day. See our attacks, loud & strong (Detroit and New York Smash)!! For where e'er we go. You will always know. That your heroes will be smashing along."
I think what's neat is that All Might likely outstats Cap in power and is even in speed, but Cap does have a legitimate edge with his shield as it tanked insane foes like Thor, Ultron, Kang, and Thanos
I think with cap being able to wrestle and match hercules, he could get the drop on all might and make him submit/kill him. Cap would be far more skilled, have a wider exp, possibly better stamina, and have the speed advantage. As well as being a harder target to hit.
This matchup will leave one combatant seeing stars. Considering how nice both characters are this might be a very polite fight. Can't wait to hear the track.
ALL MIGHT??? Dude, one of my favorite characters of all time!! Considering All Might's last track, Mighty, became my favorite track of all time, I'm very sure this one will be a heck of a banger!!
I have an idea for how this goes (I don't have any fight potential ideas, so I'll do something different) The screen shows us a giant area. (Similar to the initiation test that Deku was in) Announcer: "Welcome to the 35th Annual Hero Tournament. On one side, it's the Symbol of Peace from UA High, All Might." The screen pans to All Might, who screams his iconic "I Am Here!" as the crowd is cheering him on. Announcer: "And on the other side, it's the first Avenger, Captain America." The screen pans to Captain America, who waves and smiles at the crowd. As Steve and All Might look at each other the announcer states the rules. Announcer: "Ok, so the rules are simple. Whoever saves the most civilians (they are actually dummies so no one gets hurt), defeats the villain (a robot brawler) and makes it to the finish line first wins." As All Might and Captain America prepares to run they tell each other good luck. Announcer: "On your mark, get set, go!" (If Captain America wins, have them save the same amount of civilians and defeat the villain, but Steve gets to the finish line first. They compliment each other and shake hands as the screen fades to black. If All Might wins, the exact same thing happens except All Might makes it to the finish line first.)
Ooh, this is really creative, I love it! I could see the two of them trading abilities not in classic combat fashion, but instead playing off the other two get to civilian dummies they couldn't otherwise, and using a team-up move to take down the villain bot.

Cap: "For Freedom..." All might: "For Peace!" Together: ""STARS AND SMASH!" I picture All Might launching Captain and captain using his shield as the impact point.
A combo move...honestly, I feel like that'd work amazingly. Like, imagine if the fight started out normally, only for the two's sheer respect for eachother's goals, heroism, and what they do to actually snap them out of the Death Battle Simulation mindset, and turn their attention to Wiz and Boometick themselves, who send out a modified DUMMI to try and eliminate them before they can try anything. Resulting in an ending where one dies protecting the other from the resulting exolosion of their combined finisher, and being given their iconic ability (All Might given the Shield, Captain America One for All) before they oass on, leaving a hero who will stop at nothing to save others from Death Battle.
I'll admit I didn't listen to most of Therewolf's commissions because last I checked there weren't any MU or track that really stuck with me. However now that I'm hearing this one and seeing the rest of the ones I missed here ? I'm definitely gonna give them more of a go. Anyway as for the song itself it fits perfectly both characters. It has that totally heroic ambiance to itself with pretty "lighthearted" bits to fit that "Don't worry, I am here !" that not only All Might but all Cap has. But it also has segments such as 2:32-2:54 that are much more serious and epic to remind you that those two still are powerful and experienced fighters that will not back down from a fight and will give it their all to protect what they stand for. Even more noteworthy in the final act starting at 3:24 where, first of all that subtle "Mighty" motif is absolutely amazing, all that buildup (3:24-4:16) perfectly illustrates the sheer dedication of both of those characters with this forever-increasing melody that starts out almost "faded"/"stopped" at the 3:24 mark but then restarts with a drumbeat reminiscing of an heartbeat restarting before getting faster and faster as they'd both get past their injuries and gather their energy to stand up for one last clash to protect their ideals. And this clash we get at 4:18 that completely gives out the "lighthearted" feeling of the first part of the song for this incredible finale in pure intensity with the percussions but still slowed down as their confidence and experience keeps them collected and calm throughout this clash, knowing that no matter which of them wins, they stayed true to what they believed in. The whole climax doesn't last long either, similar to how it is in "Mighty" or "Strongest Alive", making me assume that this whole final clash would likely be a "Go Beyond, Plus Ultra !" punch VS a "*Insert-Captain-America-Super-Move-From-MvC-That-I-Don't-Know" and nothing else but still definitely work for this finale that would end at 4:38 in one of the two finally collapsing, defeated. However even then you'll note that it doesn't end on a sad but a pretty heroic note, reminding the listener that, even if one symbol of Peace and Justice has fallen, the other still stands to protect the world. Now of course most of what I said is purely interpretation and possibly wrong too, but hearing it made me inspired to think that up for it. And to me that's a major accomplishment as not all songs manage to make me actually imagine and feel what they're doing. I don't bother to interpret what some instruments or motifs mean in most songs. So the fact that this one managed to do it is a major accomplishment to me. Hell, even with this wall of text I feel like I missed the mention of a few things (IE: I didn't mention the absolutely top tier work on the guitar nor have I mentioned the wonderful track art or very fitting name (altho I think "Number One Hero" is slightly better but still good name) and more.) This apparently was the conclusion to Therewolf's second Volume of commissioned songs and like I said I sadly didn't hear most of them (but will make sure to do so after finishing this comment) but one thing I can say for sure is that this is definitely worth being a finale. Absolutely wonderful work there. Really excited for the rest of the work done for those commissions.

Both had retired as a hero 10 Both can fight for a long time Steve shouldn't have a problem to fight All might in combat, Steve in comics had beat hulk just using his fist before, and hulk is definitely stronger than even prime all might. The shield can withstand blows from Mjolnir, which definitely stronger than prime all might punches. Steve did training in martial combats, so even if his shield indeed broke when he fight All Might, he can tackle the weakness fairly. Steve is quite a strategist, he could think of something during a match, while it's not yet the level of Tony stark (Tony rated at a 6 and steve at a 3 in the marvel database), he isn't someone that only brawl. All might never unlocks any OFA power so he is mostly based on strength and speed. He is less versatile with his attacks but he is fast compare to steve. All might (way past prime) is moving at least mach 5 So it boils down whether All Might can break the shield before Captain America think of All might's weakness and finish the fight.
I'd like to tack on two additional connections here. First, they both received their power at times when they were considered to be unable to do anything in their respective societies (Cap being too weak to join the military and All Might being Quirkless) but wanted nothing more than to help people and fight for peace. Second, they're both American themed. Yes, I know, it's more of a bonus connection if anything, but it's still there!
Yeah i do see and love the similarities. I dont think all might can break the shield. Its withstood planet+ attacks b4. And cap has insane levels of experience, reaction time, skill, and strategy. All mights fights are mostly brawls. Cap is always thinking ahead. Hes honestly faced stronger than All might has too. Standing up to the likes of hulk, thanos, onslaught, even a CELESTIAL recently. Cap can also go for FAR longer than All might can. All might has 3 hours in the tank b4 he gasses out. Cap has fought for days with similar injuries to all might and gotten the job done.
I'm definitely really looking forward to this one I personally have mixed feelings on the matchup itself but the music potential is definitely not one of them
Wooow. It's seems America was the winner all along (even though Yoshinori is Japanese). P.D.: I'm surprise this was a thing. Usually Captain America is put against Kamen Rider Ichigo.
@@MidnightPhantom Captain America/Steve Rogers vs Kamen Rider Ichigo/Takeshi Hongo * Iconic characters from long running super heroes franchises [Marvel Comics and Kamen Rider]. * Are usually the example of what a "hero should be" in their respective verses. * Both were experimented on order to be as strong as they are [Steve was willingly unlike Hongo that was against his will]. * Both have to go through the fact that them lives has been changed forever [Steve by getting frozen and reawaken in the future and Hongo by becoming a cyborg], yet still fight for what's right. * Fought against powerful organizations that are totally not Nazis [Hydra and Shocker] * They're fighting styles focus by the most part on martial arts, despite other heroes using exagerated powers or super weapons. * They both "died" only to return later to lead to current heroes [Avengers and the other Kamen Riders] * And also is basically among the most iconic superheroes from both USA and Japanese media, that are still active to this day. Hope this help. There's more actually, but yeah, I think this fills what's important.
Interesting, Nothing All Might can do can break that shield but he has a massive stat advantage. Cap on the other hand is much better at hand to hand with arguable better reactions.

All might (way past prime) is moving at least mach 5
So it boils down whether All Might can break the shield before Captain America think of All might's weakness and finish the fight.
@@chriss.249 sorry but cap is mainly town level, him scaling to heralds is kinda outdated, and not really reliable
@@MiraIsme17
Town level?
Idk about that. I also wouldn't say it's outdated, it's still happened and still pretty relevant.
@@chriss.249 he's just an ordinary human, with no powers so he's town level
Captain America Mainly Relies on his Vibrainium Shield. And If All Might Ran out of Power Then he's screwed.
In fights like these, we'd be looking at All Might in his prime, who's 100% all the time.
I'm definitely really looking forward to this one
I personally have mixed feelings on the matchup itself but the music potential is definitely not one of them
Its was a fun combo to work with for sure!
Whooooooooo-boy! This is gonna be awesome! Rooting the Captain, betting All-Might just barely.
woooooo!!!!!!!!
I wish it have a vocal version like Brandon yates did
Another case of two characters not end up fighting and just becoming best friends
I'd like to see aspects of "Save the City" from Hawkeye used in a Captain America Death Battle song.
The shield is the only thing that’s going to be annoying to get around
All righty then! This track is gonna be epic!
come listen NOW!
@@TherewolfMedia I actually did, but I did so on a Chromebook while listening to music while I work on stuff. You KILLED it here, Aaron!
After Mighty back in season 6, I’m hyped
1:43 I love that in this part you put in a reference segment to captain Americas theme in marvel vs capcom. I love that song. truly amazing
I absolutely loved this one!! God this one is in my top 5 favorite track commissions
Wooow. It's seems America was the winner all along (even though Yoshinori is Japanese).
P.D.: I'm surprise this was a thing. Usually Captain America is put against Kamen Rider Ichigo.
Do you know the connections for Captain America VS Kamen Rider Ichigo
@@MidnightPhantom Captain America/Steve Rogers vs Kamen Rider Ichigo/Takeshi Hongo
* Iconic characters from long running super heroes franchises [Marvel Comics and Kamen Rider].
* Fought against powerful organizations that are totally not Nazis [Hydra and Shocker]
* They're fighting styles focus by the most part on martial arts, despite other heroes using exagerated powers or super weapons.
* They both "died" only to return later to lead to current heroes [Avengers and the other Kamen Riders]
* And also is basically among the most iconic superheroes from both USA and Japanese media, that are still active to this day.
Hope this help. There's more actually, but yeah, I think this fills what's important.
@@edgarlozada3858 Thanks. I get why people like it, but doesn't Captain America get destroyed?
@@MidnightPhantom Kamen Rider Ichigo *took a nuke point blank* and was fine. Not without a scratch, but survived... So yeah. Takeshi Hongo has this.
@@edgarlozada3858 Yikes.
the most heroic of music you love to hear it!
Interesting, Nothing All Might can do can break that shield but he has a massive stat advantage. Cap on the other hand is much better at hand to hand with arguable better reactions.
Another banger, as expected. Amazing job.
Therewolf, this is POG. You went beyond plus ultra with this one.
So I could pick up on Caps MVC theme but was there bit of the avengers theme and you say run tossed in there ?
YOOO THAT MV3 CAPTAIN AMERICA THEME
Damn this is already amazing.
thanks haha. And now you can listen
@@TherewolfMedia I’m upset that this isn’t an episode now. It was soooo good.
Why both always have so GOOD and Awesome Ost?!
Come With The Suit?
Sound like It Will be amazing ost
Captain America
+ has more generally intelligence and battle intelligence
+ has better durability
- is slower
+ probably stronger
All might
+ has better striking power
+ has better speed
+ can come in close to do damage
- isn’t as durable
No way the mvc 3 captain America theme 1:44
Caps Marvel vs Capcom 3 theme in here got me hyped af
N Sane Odyssey (Mario vs Crash Bandicoot) [Nintendo vs Sony]
Feel like Master Chief vs Captain America would make more sense
HOOOO BOI! THIS GONNA BE GOOD
Only hope Cap has against All Might’s punches is his shield. All that all might needs to do is knock the shield away from cap and the fight is over
All Might FTW!!!!!!!!
Connections between them
🎵’MERICA, F**K YEAH!🎶
Sorry, I just had to do that
They’re both patriotic superheroes who represent America in their own way, that’s all I know but I’m sure there’s more
@@robertcurley8406 And of course they’re both about Truth and Justice.
I want a score of Deku vs Spider-man pls💚👊💙❤️🕷️🕸️
I want to see in a community Death battle
I once read a fanfic where Deku is Captain America, and All Might is a Captain America fanboy
What is your favorite kratos versus?
Either Doomslayer or Asura
to asura
Next time on death battle. Chibi jinx vs chibi ruby. Teamfight tactics vs rooster teeth
Wiz:the winner is captain america
In my opinion both don't need to return to death battle
I respect that, but Cap probably should because he was done dirty in his fight
Okay, they don't *need* to....but gosh dang it it'd be so freaking fun if they did.
Happy Independence Day, y'all. 🇺🇸🎆🎇🦅
All Might ftw i think he is just physically stronger and faster than cap
All might vs doomsday (my hero academia VS dc)
Cap/all might: Don't worry citizens cuz we are here
