Considering how Free Bet Blackjack is designed to throw all the usual conventions of Blackjack out the window, I'm surprised there aren't any Free Splits for Tens considering how doing so is generally a very, very, VERY bad idea. It's the perfect Blackjack variant for anyone who wants to take a break from the strategic grind of Blackjack and just go full degen. 😅
This is probably because if they let you split tens with the side bet it could maybe diminish the house edge a bit due to tens being more common than everything else

Choctaw in OK gives 3-2 and the coin payouts are better. I believe it’s 3/12/30 but then it’s 75 instead of 50 for 4 coins
