My problem is when I "Promote Server to a Domain Controller" for a new forest domain, it is stuck on the prerequisites check and says "Verification of prerequisites for Domain Controller promotion failed. The TCP/IP networking protocol must be properly configured. Complete the configuration before you proceed" Please help me out in this regard.
How many Roles can be assigned to a single server? As of now you have assigned to ADDS role to this server, Is it possible we will add other roles like DHCP and Webserver roles as well at same time ?

my problem is when i am complete install adds role, i feel a problem on network settings> change adapter settings(when i click change adapter settings a dailog box showing that is windows cannot access the specified device path or file you may not have appropriate permissions).
