- *Apologize for the audio cut out halfway through, the song was removed due to copyright* We finally finished the DIY complete house remodel of this double wide mobile home, and here are the before and afters! it was definitely a learning experience as usual; i only had 4 mental break downs through it so that was good...plus it ended up taking more time and costing more than we had originally expected but that's a lesson you gotta learn sometimes. We are both really excited to see how long it will take to sell (it's SOLD) but know either way we can look back and remember all the quality time we got to spend together on this project before I head off to PT school. It was also really satisfying to take the property from run down garbage to something someone will enjoy and call home. Anyways thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed the before and afters on this 2001 4 bedroom 2 bath double wide mobile home - manufactured home in Texas.

Lol at the shed being cleaner than the house
right?? smh i wanted a dirtbike in there lol
Right!🤣😂
¿Pad locked & empty... Maybe they slept in the shed & dumped in the home??
Lmao yes
That's why I think maybe some squatters were in there for a while, not that the previous tenants cared. But why would the shed look halfway decent & the house was a pigsty?
Absolutely wonderful!! What you guys did is not just great. But for your ages.... having the work ethic and knowledge to do most of the work yourself. PRICELESS!!! Those qualities are something you do not learn from a book or just going to school. I bet ya’ll have some proud Mom’s& Dad’s!! Great Job
My thoughts exactly!!! Whewww, wished I knew wen my trailer was flooded
A Ros I thought the exact same thing! Great smart guys, and being so young! They will definitely be rich someday 👌💯
Yess...that’s so true!! I’ve been looking for some help and most of the “guys” are too busy playing 🎮 video games or scared to get their hands dirty!! Please let this be a new trend of getting the job done!! You guys give me hope!!🤘🏻❤️🤘🏻
My goodness, that house turned out so pretty - great job, guys!!
You guys did a great job. Sometimes mobile homes can look really cheap. You all made it look elegant.
It almost looks like the home was just abandoned or people got evicted- its kinda sad. The home needed a lot of love and care, and you guys did awesome. 💕
Unfortunately this happens a lot. My mother was in the process of buying a very nice double wide in the early 2000s that had been abandoned like this house. It was full of junk, they (or the neighbors) had stolen all the pipes from the house, and there was just a terrible odor throughout the home. My mom, my aunt, mom's boyfriend and I all pitched in and got it cleaned up... then found termite damage the bank's inspector had 'missed' that made the whole building unsafe to live in. All that work for nothing.
Wow guys more young people should be building things up instead of tearing thing's down. So proud of you young men.👍👍👍
Yea, it's all the young people. Damn young people with their college debt and minimum wage jobs just trying to survive another day.
I love your comment. So full of positivity ❤
Bruh I like the music choices:
Post malone, Twenty one pilots, and Frank Ocean. All too great!
“Gloves on, mask on” -takes off shirt
This was exactly I was thinking, jumping in old mattress, remove old carpet without mask.
Hizro His hands are touching all that crap and his lungs would be breathing it all in.
Joyce Nesselhauf still a hazard... spiders bugs can enter his system and it’s not more of a risk of being stabbed by a sharp piece of metal eaizer to be cut
Hizro True about being cut. Never heard of bugs or spiders that can get in through a person’s skin tho.
Joyce Nesselhauf lmao look it up
I’ll bet the neighbors appreciated the rehab as much as the people who bought the place! Super nice job.
That new back deck is EVERYTHING!! GREAT JOB!!
awesome job! I bet the neighbors were happy to see the finished results. It brought up the value of their homes also.
Awesome job, y'all!!! Your hard work paid off. Hope you had a mighty increase in your bank accounts, as well. Keep on doing those right things & God will continue to bless everything you put your hands to.
Wow! What a difference. Looks brand new. Great job.
The best little video regarding a flip ever!
Many thanks for keeping it compact!
If you have a bucket and water, you should never be living in filth! Great job on the reno....you turned it from an ugly disgusting space into something beautiful!!!!
i have never seen a grout counter top before or an island sink! pretty cool.
Thanks, we tried it as an alternative hoping it would be a inexpensive fix...only downside is it gets dirty :/
approachthemike ahhh i bet! but either way it still looks really modern and unique ☺️
The place is so gorgeous now. Really nice job! Thank you for sharing this with us.
Please make longer versions of these perhaps +15 mins. Loved the content
Amazing! Reminds me of the diy rehab we did in my parents double wide. We went with lighter laminate but we also chose grey and white for the walls.
Awesome job! Loved that you had fun.
I love to watch remodels!!! My whole life I have lived "remodels". Houses, apartments, sheds, and of course, my life. Lol.
I would've kept that weight lifting set and that exercise ball and donated anything else salvageable. Donate, Recycle, Repurpose.
Beautiful job. Love the white, light and bright. Gorgeous.
This country needs more young men like you. Much needed renos in our cities. 😢
Hey, fellas, superb job. So nice to see young men working so hard!! Good for you!
Thanks for the love guys! Checkout my new video, I find a GUN underwater.
ruclips.net/video/ZzSdbs7ymxs/видео.html Thought I would answer some of the bigger questions on the house.
1. The property SOLD for $126,000! Pretty insane. I would attribute that to the local market being inflated + it's a highly desired location to live.
2. It took 5 months to remodel the entire house and get it on the market. Then it took another 3-4 months to get a contract on it and sold.
3. My brother and I contracted some things out but did the majority of the work. We sometimes would have 2 or 3 people working, but a lot of the time it was just me.
-send me any questions if you're going to try flipping a mobile home and I'll try my best to answer them! Good luck to all the flippers out there
The house is awesome, I will love to have one of this, you guys did a lovable job, God bless you all
Beautiful work. I'm 49 disabeled and this would be my dream home it's all one level and perfect amount of space for me and my young son. The problem I run into is I find plenty looking like the before and not the after. It looked like a real home when you were finished.
How do you even get started? Flipping is something that has always peaked my interest. But I have no idea where or how to begin.
Fantastic job!
@@Angiespacedout you can Google how to buy and Flip any home hope this helps you
Me, watching this sweet video: Hey, that’s Chlorine by Twenty One Pilots! 😄
Thanks for sharing this amazing house flip!
You guys should be very proud of yourselves. Great job. It's nice to see.the younger generation have a GREAT work ethic. You made that look beautiful.
This was the first video I've ever seen from you and I'm absolutely blown away
Great job guys! Looks amazing.
so proud of you all. keep it up. beautiful I would love to live there
You all did a great job! I’ve always have gotten inspired by watching these videos of before and after a but I know it’s not as easy as it looks and takes money to do it also. Just wanted to give you all props for making it go from trashy to classy 😊
it is wonderful to see people looking to improve something. This place definitely needed some love. And to have a business like this at a young age with a strong work ethic......I look forward to seeing more of your house flips. (you need your own show!)
I would definitely contract you guys.......great job.
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thank you very much for doing the job shirtless. It was really appreciated.
My favorite change you made was cutting the tops of that fence off. It's pretty simple, but really makes the fence look more modern and new.
Luv the new look. Especially, luv the wider wooden deck n 2nd the fencing. Everything inside...a wow..!!! Tq people !
Really great job! Only thing I noticed was no shower curtain rod. 😉 Hope school is going well!
You guys make me Proud good hard work Good Men.👍🏼👍🏼
😜
Linda Duke ( ? )🥴
You really had your work cut for you with that home. I have to say, you did a great job. Don't know what else to say. Congrats.
Fantastic flip, you turned it from a dump into a beautiful home!
YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!
😁😁😁😁😁
Thanks bruv
How much did it cost. Thinking of renovating my grandparents mobile home
I'd love to see more of the flip, longer than 5 minutes. Awesome video!!
The front deck being painted the colors of house was beautiful!
WOW! You do fantastic work. Great transformation.
Why do people leave houses in such a mess.
Because they probably lived like that. Pigs. Sad because it makes it bad for the next decent person looking for a nice place to live.
Or the had 2 hours to get everything they wanted out.
I never have been able to understand it myself.
Unbelievable.. I just moved into a home that was left like this..it took two dumpsters to clean it out..however after ripping out the carpet, painting and scrubbing the basement floor it still smells like animal urine downthere...any suggestions on getting rid of the smell?
Tawnya, put lime down! Or a lot of vinegar
Wow you guys rock! Thanks for being an example to the younger ones coming up.
Great job. Would love to see more of these flips and more of the process along the way.
Tile as counter top is not a good choice. Not sanitary because it’s difficult to clean in between tiles. Otherwise great job!
It's a much better choice than what was in there, and no more unsanitary than concrete, which is highly porous. But this is a trailer, not high end home. Their finishes were very appropriate to their price point.
Don't know if done in this instance, but normally the grout is sealed on food prep surfaces. The grout can be scraped, recoated, and resealed every couple of years or as needed.
Awesome job guys if I had the money I'd buy a house and let you all flip it...keep up the good work. 😊
That can't be the same place... Omg you guys did such an AWESOME job...
Good job. You guys are handy and the best thing is that you enjoy what cha doing and even better, is your house. Love it !
"Congratulations" you guys "Rock" great makeover ✅
Cutting the top of the pickets was a good choice. Good job.
But it *wasn't* a good choice to do it without safety goggles! Sorry boyz! Eyes are just TOO important.
Wow wow wow, AWESOME FLIP!! You guys ROCK!! 🤠😍👍👏
I was already enjoying looking at the improved house but the frank ocean instrumental? *chef kiss* really sent it over the top
Really nice...
One suggestion...add grass
Thanks a lot:) and We did get some grass seed put out but it hadn't germinated yet! It looks 10x better now when the grass came in
@@approachthemike love your remodel- in California would love to do same. Come on out!
Awesome Job! How much did the renovation cost?
You guys did a marvelous job. Looks awesome!
You guys did a terrific, awesome, mind blowing, out of this world job!!.....May your business forever prosper!
Super job!!!
It's really beautiful but, I bet it took a lot of money?!! 🤑
Leaving the strips makes it all look cheap and too much like a old trailer. I would remove them next time and fix the gaps behind them.
As for the garbage,I use a wide broom and just push it all out 😂. I clean for a living and it's just the easiest way to keep your back from hurting.
What strips... What are you talkin about??
You're talkin about strips and gaps behind them please explain what you're talking about because I know a good 50% of us don't know what you're referring to!
Y’all did an amazing job! Especially love the new exterior look.
Great job!!! I so miss construction... From demo to design and then the hard work to make a run down home into a work of art...
that's true. its a lot of work but pretty satisfying when you're done!
Would you mind sharing the numbers on this deal?
How long it take you guys?
With how many ppl?
And expenses?
5 minutes apparently...
Title says five mins.......yeah right.
The video is five minutes numb nuts
tom7041 He said it took him and his brother 5 months.

Oh my goodness! That is just beautiful . You guys are talented and awesome!!
Wow! Amazing! All it needed was some Tender Loving Care and Creativity. Great Job! 👍
What I hate the most is how some homeowners don't appreciate nor value what they have while others like me wish to have had one, a home to call your own.
Now if finances, old age or health prevents you from taking care of your home, sell or rent it; it's better than losing it.
I see so many abandoned homes when owners can't take care of it or have died because heirs can't agree on anything or help out. Shameful!
It's a beautiful home now.
A lot of elderly people have to go to nursing homes & then the nursing homes take their homes. They let them sit & get run down before they sell or auction them. It’s really sad. And the elderly probably weren’t able to clean anymore.
Wow. This PROVES I can glow up my house. I may be 11 but hey, my parents won't do it for me😅
The song in the background is not jackie chan by post Malone it’s Ivy by Frank Ocean...
I've cleaned after so many apartment and condo pigs, I've lost count! They waste their money, soil where they live, and then bug out when it gets too filthy, or they can't pay the rent. You guys and girls are so impressive on the job that you do, keep on keepin' on!! Fight the Good Fight!
Turned out super pretty. Good job guys!
If you have money everything is possible in this world ....today
glad to know that manufactured homes can be remodeled and updated - but.... will the investment give a decent return?
Mikki Mack apparently they do. I’ve seen old ones in Washington state sell for over $100k.
WOW how do they justify keeping insurance companies from de-evaluating them as they get older? can insurance companies cover them and the contents differently than a standard built house? Thanks.
We actually got this one to sell for 126,000 but the market in our area is pretty inflated...
What was your actual profit?
@@approachthemike do u only flip mobile homes, and is it only in Texas?
HOLY CRAP! THIS IS THE FIRST VIDEO I'M SEEING OF YOURS AND I'M SUPER IMPRESSED! 😱
My goodness y'all did such an awesome job. I'm impressed. Such good workers
How much did you get it for from the auction????
I'm curious about that too
I work with appliances, your fridge door swing is wrong. Needs a reversal. Lol
I think it would be a tight squeeze either way because of the center island being so close.
Mebbe; mebbe dats
'ow I wannit!
Wow!! What a difference..great jobs guys!
Great job! Absolutely stunning after shots.
Wow can you come remodel my house next!!!
¿Shed padlocked clean & empty.. maybe they slept in the shed & dumped in the home??
Awesome work, Men!!
Short and right to the point. Great job guys! 👍
Wow that's so beautiful! Way to go guy's, such a difference!
Bunch of hot guys!! nice job on the house too!
I need y’all to come work on mine , just to advertise ❤️
They need to pay their bills and eat, too.
I would love to see more of these ! great job guys :)
You all should be very proud! The house looks Amazing🏡
You did a really great job on this flip. but as a purchaser and a mother cooks for her kids let me give you a tip for the next go-round. No woman in her right mind wants grouted tile on her countertops I'd only is it hard to keep clean but you can't roll out dough and cups don't set firmly on the countertop too many accidents happen. I know it was probably a cheap and easy fix because it was a product you could buy cheap but sometimes cheap isn't the way to go. If I'd walk through this house with the idea of purchasing it that would have been one big thing that would stop me from doing it because I know I'm going to have to tear it out and put something else in immediately.
Yes I agree 💯
As that is what I have where I live now and I absolutely hate it.
When I make bread I have to do it on the table which is alot lower than my counter so it's really horrible.
Not everyone would agree. I know people who, actually, like it... 🤷♀️
@@LR-vg4et oh I agree some do like it and it looks really nice. But if your a baker like me its not my first choice. 😀
Be careful with popcorn ceilings- asbestos usually
Wow! I am really amazed of how you guys transformed that double-wide. It looks amazing. I would buy this place after looking like that. Very spacious for a double-wide.
I love manufactured homes. I wish RUclipsrs would post more videos of this type of remodels.
Excellent job young man. Real estate is gonna provide your freedom in the future. Keep it up
O M G WHAT A FREAKING DIFFERENCE..... EXCELLENT JOB!
This is exactly what I’m trying to
do this year. Great job guys
best of luck man
I love everything but the kitchen countertop. Great job !
Awesome job guys! Turned out amazing!
You guys did a lovely job!!! It looks so fresh and new. Well, I guess it is all new. Well done, you should be so proud of yourselves! I have to say that I can't believe people could leave a place in that shape. NO PRIDE!
Very nice job! Embrace your youth - it slips away rather fast. I remember when I was young how we just managed to gather up a bunch of people to get something done, pizzas and sodas to keep us going -- all in friendship. Today? Good luck trying to get someone to help you. You seem to have that gift in your lives. Embrace it.
That is too true, thanks for that perspective 👍🏼
#Approachthemike: I was asked by the "flip" you did on the double-sided(published in Jan. 2020). You did a lovely job on that home. It makes me want to cry when I see wreckage in a house that someone was blessed to have in the first place! I am 71 and have been living in my daughter and son-in-law's home. I would be happy with a much smaller version of a mobile home. I particularly love the new park models, but financially a decent used one would be wonderful. My husband, Greg died from cancer 8 yrs ago, and until then I had always had my own home and had all the fun of fixing the meals they loved. I have 4 boys and 1 girl. We live in a very nice home here in Indiana. Life is good of course, but some feelings you can't help. Just keep on doing what you do so well. When I can, I'll be looking for more info about anything you guys do. Sincerely, Teresa
