What is or are the qualifications and years of policing experience of the new MINISTER???
That should explain and give us, the VOTER a fair idea of what we can expect in regards to the POLICE SERVICES either improving, stay the same or depreciating in its mandate's execution stipulated in the Constitution.

The Moral of the Police must be uplifted...Its hard for New Member's to go for Training and being deployed,starting from the bottom. But, to Salute for a Police Minister that have no clue what Policing is, is like issuing him/ her a Firearm with Blank rounds 😮

The Intelligence aspects of the police must be revamped. The crime is not going to be uprooted by paralyzed intelligence structures of the police. The Consequence management system has to be heightened so as to deal with corrupt practices.

Devolve policing from National controll to provincial and municipal controll!
To accommodate the diverse policing conditions in different provinces.

Sorry, but current Police Officers, is not up to standard at all. Let's get the older experience men back, my experience of 10 years within SAPS Investigations & Private Sector Experience in Investigations, People management, etc.; see all the flows, which is Management.

The entire police force needs to be revitalised they need to be cleared of all corrupt police and the rest need to be supported effectively. The minister of police should be driving this, we had Mr stupid hat - Cele who was as corrupt completely, I wonder if this new minister will be any better. Don't hold your breath

Policing problem started when a change in name came on terms of function. Before it eas known as Police Force, now it's been called Police Service. So police functioning has changed.
