But stall speed and takeoff speed is un fair becuse the Cirrus is slower which means slower stall speed and slower takeoff speed.

As someone who has flown on a Flexjet Learjet 45, I can confirm Learjet is way better. Faster, cruises was higher, more room, and looks better.
