Chest and back together is what I like to do, alternating chest and back exercises. I used to do legs with back but there just so much raw mass of fatigued muscle that it doesnt feel good at all

What’s your opinion on ‘burn out’ sets at the end of a workout? For example, you’re finishing shoulder day on lateral raises, you do 3 heavy working sets and on your final set you just do a triple dropset until you can’t lift the weight anymore? I’d the fatigue worth it, or is it more worth to just finish on 1 more heavy set with partials?
