My toilet seat is sitting away from the toilet bowl. It will not go down. I tried loosening the screws but that just makes the seat wobble side to side and still won't go flush with the toilet, itself.
My seat won't close down to the level of the toilet . Do I need longer screws? I tried unscrewing them but the toilet seat is now just all over the place and still won't go all the way down to sit flush with the toilet.

Thank you for the installation video it was very helpful. I do have a suggestion. For a helpful walkthrough video simple short and sweet. If it’s an installation video let it be Just that in description you can include link to what’s included and support for additional help.
The plastic stem inside the bowl does not lower when I turn the knob for pressure. I can push it down with my fingers so it can lower it is just not doing it with the dial on top. Please help. Thank you.

I had to get longer screws for the seat but once I worked that out, everything came together. Highly suggest one of these for every bathroom.
