I love this so much. The blue hands remind a bit of Erasure's video for Blue Savannah - which is a compliment. : ) This track is one of my top faves from the latest. Glad it's a single. Looking forward to the EP release of this. xx

I started my day with the video and now I had to revisit it one more time this evening... and so glad to see it was a direct tribute to Erasure. Love love love Vince & Andy. The Moscow To Mars box set they just released is a splendid thing. Watching again, I wonder of there were any other homages or pop culture references hidden in it? The masked people crawling toward you seem eerily reminiscent of something as does the point where you're being pulled by the black ropes as the background billows in the wind. Maybe something cinematic(?) The EIS newsletter said you are doing some writing with Vince? Would that be for future BLx2 release or under a side project?
Upon recently hearing 'Symmetry of Two Hearts' I didn't think it was possible to improve on glistening pop perfection. I am so happy to be proven incorrect. Rod, you have successfully achieved that blissful collision of beautiful lyrics with insanely catchy harmonies, melodies and a chugging 80's bass line guaranteed to induce a grin no matter what mood you are in. It's rare that I will instantly love a track from the very first listen, but this is one of those golden exceptions.

Best song on the album for me. Great to see it as a single and video. What part does Elton play? Piano? Background vocals?
Elton does background vocals in the chorus, singing the line "Keep me running back to you" and doing the "oh oh" vocal parts, which you can hear more prominently in the 12" version on the EP :)

Yes! I did a 4 day shoot where we filmed 'All In The Name', 'Symmetry Of Two Hearts' and 'Running Back To You' together, and I took the artwork for the album from stills shot while we danced!
Excellent artwork too - I need a pair of those trousers!
