What has helped me is cutting out refined sugars and processed foods like chips, crackers etc. I have noticed less agitation. I am trying to eat a more whole food diet. I am exercising on a daily basis.
Hi Jane, great advice for us all! l did the same as you and replaced sugar with stevia so l still get a treat in tea. I cut down on breads & crackers like you and feel pretty good with limited carbs. I used to rely heavily on carbs but have found that meat, fish, veg & nuts have changed my moods. I realise now that it’s actually true that “we are what we eat” Sofia
I keep very hydrated during the day but at night can feel bit panicky listened to one of your other podcast and now drink lot more water at night as well...honestly can't believe difference it made ...thank u sooo much couldn't survive menopause without your podcast xxx
Thank you for the great information! One of the things I'm most grateful for with the two of you is that you help me remember to give myself grace, to be gentle with myself and to do what I can to support my body, remembering that it's doing its best to keep up with all these peri changes. And just listening to you both speak is relaxing me and helping my mood improve! You're so gentle and calming :)
Hi Jessica Sorry no, this is such a complex condition as fibroids could be caused by a number of different issue and can be quite serious so we always recommend seeing a practitioner such as a Herbalist, Nutritional Therapist or Acupuncturist. They can formulate a personalised treatment plan with support. Best Wishes Eileen
I think what would help the most is being alone. However this doesn’t work if your married and have kids, grandkids etc. Ladies unmarried during menopause count your blessings!😊
Hi Mar You shouldn't really need to take both. If you feel that the yam is not helping then it is best to stop taking it then try the Agnus castus. Best Wishes Eileen
I've been moody since my first period at 12 years old, lol.

I'm taking magnesium and b complex, vitamin D. I'm still experiencing mood swings before my periods. So difficult with work.
I'm eating healthy too
That's a great start Yvonne! Maybe try some Passiflora Spray on the days when you need a bit extra support

Would it be alright to take Agnes castus if you are using wild yam cream?
Hi Mar
You shouldn't really need to take both. If you feel that the yam is not helping then it is best to stop taking it then try the Agnus castus.

Does it actually get better after menopause? My moods are all over. 😢😢
Hi
Most women do find that symptoms ease over time but it can depend a lot on general health, lifestyle, diet, stress levels, etc
