Sorry for missing this, but why is the pointy hand a thing? Big Motu fan from childhood and had the toys, but I can't watch the old cartoons again or the more recent ones in case someone says "Just watch the cartoons!" Excellent video!! Well done! :)
Looks like I may have to spring for this one! My very favorite MOTU character, and it seems like they really did him right! I just can't believe they chose to give him a snake head, instead of a classic, clean-shaven face. 😒
That's my one complaint also (other than the joints still not being able to hold the weight of the weapons...), to give him two heads inspired by the 200X version, but no clean shaven head like the original figure feels like a misstep to me. Still, other than these quibbles it seems that my favourite heroic warrior has been done justice to by Mondo, now I just have to hope they last long enough so they don't sell out before I can afford to get one.
Both the snake head and orko is exclusives . One of the problem wit company’s doing exclusives is , If the eclsusive sells out , people won’t buy the regular version . No way I would buy this without the snake head and orko now that I seen it
@@thehottoycast4627 Name one person who doesn't care for that stuff. You're full of it. It'd be different if it was just a bonus weapon but mondo has to go full butthead with their bonuses, their heads are pretty significant. Faker is ridiculously better with his bonus head. I can't support that.
@@thehottoycast4627 I was going to reply with something silly but then I read his comment and he's said "would not want it without orko and snake head"...meaning he wants those items and would not order it without those items. It's all good though, just my opinion and I put an extra dose of snark on it in case Mondo is reading. (Which if you are, stop that crap now...I'm 3 figures in and I'm not going to continue any further/play that game...the shipping kills the deal and I'm already missing the Faker head so it completely kills the mood and drive to support this line.)
Thanks for another great figure review. Duncan looks amazing - the Mondo figures seem to get better with every new release! As an aside, you brought attention to your Court of the Dead statue. Have you seen the Tbleague Kier and Gethsemoni figures? Probably the best figures in that companies line-up.

Just used a touch of clear silicone and it will keep the arm up, and the silicone is easy to remove and will not affect the paint

That is the TBLeague figure. :) It's best one becuse it has a Sideshow head sculpt. I do not like TBLeagues own head sculpts personally. :)
