Congrats on your diesel heater. I've been running these for years on sheds, RV's, small house's and their awesome. Tons of YT videos on installing/maintain these and I would suggest you watch many more and never rely on just a couple. Lot's of bad info out there also. I'm not gonna nick pic on your installation as some of your comments already pointed out. Be safe and stay warm! PS. Here are a couple of YT diesel heater guru's who really know their stuff. John Mck47 and David McLuckie.
I think I'd make an effort to direct the exhaust away from the RV. Straight out instead of under the RV as shown. Look at RV generators for an example of exhaust routing.
Nice setup 👍👍 I've got an all in one diesel heater, and I love it, I would recommend though that you keep your pump at a 35 degree angle to keep the mechanism lubricated and full of diesel 😎😎
Diesel heaters are very safe and people run them like this all the time. Even the fumes from the exhaust are not typically deadly (very little PPM CO; you have to test it) but you're suppose to route the exhaust out from under the vehicle just like the engine exhaust. That is not done proper here. Most people do typically have some sort of CO/fire alarm to be safe. Also the air intake should be inside your heated space so the whole thing is more efficient. Though there can be specific reasons you may want fresh (cold) air on the intake. None of these size heaters generate anywhere near 8kW, that's a lie (3kW or less generally). There are WAY too many unsealed holes in this camper in general. It's going to rot, rust, mold, cold, hot, pests, etc.

Pre-Dial 911 and save it to the Name 1AAA - it will be FIST in your contact list on your phone.
Get a CO Monitor and sleep with it.
Looks very dangerous IMHO. This should be in a fireproof enclosure, with auto fire extinguishing equipment.

That’s bad. Should have no gap to the floor. Wow. Please change before it kills you
