Even being older and being a kid in the 80s, I have to admit, this was a great animation block Cartoon Network had going on in the late 2000s. So many great animation styles and storytelling. It also felt like CN took a lot of risks with unique shows and most of them paid off!

Actually yeah I've been overthinking the mechanics of the Foster's universe since I was a little, mainly how the 'friends' work, while most of your questions are interesting the creator has said that once you turn a certain age you lose the ability to create an imaginary friend, so we don't have to worry about adults creating magical creatures that poop psychedelics and ecstasy also Coco IS actually an imaginary friend apparently she was the manifestations of dying ship wrecked child (yes that's actually what was said by Craig himself) not to mention the idea of wether or not the 'friends' can actually die, ok hear me out but in the Halloween special 'Nightmare on Wilson way' Bloo is horrified that me may have 'killed' Mr Harriman and while it was all just a prank, this does imply that imaginary friends can die and that just opens a whole new can of worms...like do they die of old age? They seem to stay the same as from when they were frist thought up by the children who made them... so here's my headcannon as far as we know their aren't any friends who have out lived their creator so my idea is that they live as long as the person who frist thought of them but once that person finally kicks the bucket their imaginary friend ceases to exist or at least that's how I interpret it....
