"I applied for college when I was in 11th grade and got in based on my dental charts." LOL He had such a quick wit. The first few movies he was in -- "Meatballs," "Caddyshack," "Stripes" -- he rewrote or ad libbed all of his dialogue. Check out the beginning of "Meatballs," where Murray, playing a camp counselor, is interviewed by a TV news reporter and goes of on this hilarious riff while pretending to be a counselor for a rival rich kids camp. You can easily tell Bill wrote it, as he did most of his dialogue for the movie.
Strips will always be one of my most favorite movies.
