Hey! my name is Moriah (pronounced muh-rye-yuh) Elizabeth and this is my channel....obviously. I'm 30 and like doing creative activities (mostly painting on things), or really anything that gives me an excuse to use rainbows, sprinkles and my own cutesy characters in excess. I'm heavy into editing, so my video are chok-full of sound effects, filters and lil....moments, or as we like to call them "MEmes." I paint on squishies, thrift store finds, and various other items I find. I also love to draw, traditionally and digitally. I'm not the most skilled artist out here, but I like to focus on having fun with creativity and being able to laugh at my own mistakes.

Technically she doesn't own the characters, she has no copyright over them all I'm not sure if that would work. Besides it'd be very expensive in court (edit: I'm not sure if owns the characters because she's usually painting over squishys she didn't make, but I could be wrong)

She definitely does own the characters (I have no idea why she wouldn't? I doubt she's sold the IP, and owning them is automatic), but the main issue is that it's very difficult to enforce IP law across international borders. The company selling is probably based out of a country that wouldn't care. She (well, her lawyers) probably send takedowns to individual listings, but that's just playing whack-a-mole.

14:19: unrelated (kind of) but I also have a character named Mushy. He is a mushroom themed cow and is part of a huge sires of characters called the themed cows, the main gurl is named Strawberry (she is my pfp) and she has two besties called Sunny (sunflower themed) and Peaches (peach themed) and strawberry is dating Blueberry (a blueberry theme) and Mushy is best friends with blueberry and is also dating Sunny. Mushy also has a little sister named Cici (Cacti themed) and Cici’s bestie is Cookies (cookie theme) and Cookies is the little sister of Peaches, so they are all connected in some way. The other 200 are themed after like donuts (Donny), other fruits like coconut (coco) kiwi(kiwi) lemons (Lemonie), or like there is a royal space couple that are themed after things in space like the queen is Sun themed (Sunshine) the king is moon themed (Moonlight) the prince is themed after a planet (Saturn) and the princess is Starlight. There’s also a whole system like soulmates will have the same exact spot pattern and when two parents have a daughter, she will have the same spots as the parents, but if the have a boy then he will have different spots to match his soulmate.
