The only way to prepare a steak is rare, if the steak is flavored well and is a good cut of meat. Sear on one side, sear on the other at a high temp and let the meat shine through. Keith was always given a couple songs per album and this is his best, although Before They Make Me Run, and Little T&A are pretty bangin. I saw the Stones for my 5th time last year in Las Vegas and saw Keith play Little T&A for the first time.
