INGREDIENTS 👇
Jackfruit 500 gram
Potato 2 medium size
For frying
Oil 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
For roasted masala
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Dry red chilli 1 no's
Small pieces of bay leaf
For masala paste
Green chilli 2 no's
Ginger 2 inch
Tomato 2 medium
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli 1/2 tsp
For cooking
Vegetable oil- 2 tbsp
Ghee 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Dry red chilli 1 no's
Cardamom 3 no's
Cinnamon 3 no's
Bay leaf 2 no's
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Curd 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Water 1.5 cup
