The “isn’t that too far” sorta shook me, cause I know about the lore and how Douma killed both Kanae and Shinobu, leaving Kanao without her sisters, but the others don’t know that. To me, If I had lost my sister to Douma, there is no force strong enough to keep him from facing my fury. There is no punishment to overkill for doing that to someone. But, nobody else in the room knows what happened. They weren’t in the room where it happened, so of course it would seem overkill. This was a great reaction, I just wish we got more Giyuu angst, (Sabito, Losing his Sister, feeling like he’sna fake Hashira and such)
I love Douma, very very much. I know he's a villain, but I don't care. I've liked a lot of villains and he's my most favorite. I also know he became a demon because he's bored but so what? Even if he doesn't have feelings, there's no denying his past. Some people in the fandom make me feel so bad that they can forgive the demon(a few times including Muzan) just because they have emotions and hate Douma just because he doesn't have emotions?
