Romania is very interesting country. You can see some european and also middle eastern features in their people. A little of everything. Much love from New York ❤
Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 Romania truly is a fascinating blend of cultures and influences, making it a unique and diverse place. Sending lots of love from Romania to New York! ❤ #romania
Romanians are a mixed nation. If you know a bit about Ro history you’d understand. It is a country formed from 3 pricipalities. Transilvania, Moldova & Muntenia. Each principality has its own influences due to being surrounded by 3 big empires. Many empires left their mark on the Dacian/Thracian and later Romanian people. We also have the gypsies. Everybody who is born in Romania is a Romanian however ethnically there are turks/tatars, Gypsies, Hungarians, Russians, Ukrainians, Romanians, Germans, Bulgarians even some Polish and Lithuanians who have mixed for centuries. The true “Romanian” you’ll probably find somewhere in the mountains of Romania, like the shepherds who have some Dacian, Thracian DNA. I am Romanian and did a DNA test that shows that I am 60% Romanian, 30 from Transilvania and Banat, 20 from Bucharest and 10% from Moldova. The rest 40% of my DNA is German, Austrian, Ukrainian, Lithuanian, and some Italian. To truly understand who are more Romanians you must live in Romania. Romanians are mainly white slavic/latins with Dacian/Thracian roots who looks similar to all our neighbours due to out extremely mixed population. Conclusion, Romanians can be fair blond, light or dark ginger, or brown haired people. Some have slightly darker skins too again they might be turks/tatars or gypsy by ancestry or simply a slightly darker tone similar to the greeks or italian due to our Roman or Greek influence as well
Sure! I recommend checking out some great sports pubs in the area. “The Harp Irish Pub” in the Old Town is fantastic, and you might also enjoy “The Drunken Lords” near Unirii Square. Both have a great atmosphere, big screens, and a good selection of drinks. 🍻🏈
It was interesting to make that street pedestrian only in certain days. Even though it cannot compete with places like Prague, Budapest or Bratislava for example, at least there are some improvements. What brings down Bucharest from a tourist perspective are those old communist buildings scattered among the old ones. That city is a mixture of gorgeous old buildings and ugly new ones.
😊 Making the street pedestrian-only on certain days does add a unique charm to Bucharest. While it may not compete with Prague, Budapest, or Bratislava in some aspects, the city is definitely making strides with these improvements. The mix of old communist buildings and beautiful historic ones certainly gives Bucharest a unique character. We’re excited to see how the city continues to evolve! 🌆✨ #Bucharest
Da ai dreptate. Comunismul a futut toată România.

Also there are a lot of foreigners on the streets of Bucharest from the middle east too
How do you see middle east there? Everyone with black hair is middle eastern to them 😂
@@Ercan-cy3we I think he's a nordicist, they tend to see every european who's not blonde with blue eyes as middle eastern.
Bucharest is very nice place to EUROPE!
Is the BEST!
Where are all the cars? So much calmer and quieter without them!
🙃 in weekend, no cars!
They close this street to traffic on the weekends in the summer.
Bro recommend me a good sports pub? found 1 half time pub, but need another one

Blocurile comuniste si graffiti strica toata imaginea.
