Don’t invest into this. Great video otherwise to this one point. Play rec makes virtually no difference as a constant user. Make sure to shift (lt/l2) off the snap and sprint off

I’m Ngl I think I have the best LB build. 94 Speed. 99 catching, 99 hit power, 99 tackling. 87 Block Shedding, & equal shedding move ratings. Also equal coverage rating at 85. Im a 99, but still not maxed out. My speed will go to a 95.
