Try doing the cross country! It gives lots of training points AND training receipts!! Its not boring but its fun and engaging!

Try looking on sites dedicated to music for streamers and content creators. If you post shorts/reels/tiktoks, copyrighted music doesn't matter too much, due to RUclips's short policies

If you mean a Rainbow Fjord from the Hunt event, it has no set value due to being relatively newer with low demand.
If you mean a golden rainbow fjord from the St Pattys event, here are the current values in MS
(Note: You can convert MS values to token values by multiplying MS x 373).

(PB) 800+
(IWC) 900-1k+
(PWC) 1.5k+

The only amount turned in (in this video) was 20,000. However, overall, including my last redemption video, I've redeemed over 150,000 tr. Though, the amount you turn in does not affect your rewards unless it's a milestone reward. :D
